Black & White VS Color

I recently received a invite to participate in a 5 Day Black & White Photo Challenge. I love color so removing color from an image is the biggest challenge for me. Black & white photography is definitely a change of perspective for me and I think it has been a good exercise.

Last Days of Fall

Enkoyed another beautiful sunny day. The high today is a perfect 70 degrees fahrenheit, but it will drop down to 58 this Sunday. That's cold for us thin-blooded Las Vegans!

Red Postman and Friends

The Springs Preserve butterfly habitat is preparing to close for the season and will re-open in the spring. I took the opportunity to capture a few more shots of some red postman butterflies and a few more critters out in the gardens.
